One-Time Consultation

In some instances, consultation without follow up may be available. This option can be discussed on an individual basis with your sleep consultant.

Includes review of your child’s history with attention to your child’s developmental stage, nutritional needs, temperament, and review of your child’s 5-day sleep record as well as 1.5 hour Zoom consultation.

Your family will help to create a step-by-step, customized plan that you will then be able to implement. Should you wish to receive follow up support, additional fees will be assessed. Consultations are available for families both in the city of Chicago, the suburbs, other cities/states and internationally.
